Mix with two spoons of coconut milk. Apply this paste to the scalp and hair and then leave it in for half an hour. This remedy helps with dry scalp and you get thick hair. You can also use the fenugreek seeds water as hair rinse.
The Indian gooseberry
The Indian gooseberry has got exfoliating, antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and they help in the maintenance of scalp in the best health and leads to a greater rate of hair growth.
Mix a tablespoon of Indian gooseberry in two spoons of coconut oil and leave to boil. Strain oil and then massage the scalp before sleeping. Shampoo hair in the morning and repeat this each week. The Indian gooseberry can also be used as a dietary supplement.
Castor oil
Massage scalp with castor oil that is cold pressed is an easy way of achieving thicker hair in the most natural way. It is high in vitamin E as well as fatty acids and therefore promotes growth of hair.
