Hairobics All Natural

Not many people would think of giving enough attention towards their hair, either due to their indifference or due to their lack of awareness, as the colored people do. And not many people have as much of a choice in what they could do to their hair like they do – and the reasons could be cultural, as they are regional. Men, women and children have so much choice with regard to braiding hair, that there are many others who would perhaps want to emulate them. But braiding hair is a traditional affair and it is given a cultural significance, which makes it such a widely followed phenomenon and one that has so many varieties to it. There is much more than just a common theme running through braiding hair, such as twists, cornrows and micro-braiding, to name a few. Given the large number of options, one only has to choose from among the best and find out which of the styles in braiding hair would go well with their personality.

While braiding hair may superficially be connected with fashion, it has many other auxiliary benefits, which include the promotion of hair growth as well as the prevention of thinning of hair. Further, the advantage of braiding hair is that, given the numerous styles and options available, there would undoubtedly be the style that would suit your mood and the kind of weather pattern you find for the day.

There is, however, the conundrum that prevails particularly among the youngsters if they have to go natural. Well, the best option to choose is to go after one’s instincts, and see what one likes and which ones suit them. There are multiple options in braiding hair, such as locs, twists, cornrows, plaits, individual braids or coils, which may end up confusing some. However, it’s not just which styles one likes, but also about what kind of maintenance one is willing to allot towards hair braiding. Some styles of hair braiding are complex, while others may not take much time or effort to put together. Given that the strength of the community lies in its cultural strengths, and considering the fact that braiding hair has traditionally been one of the strengths of colored people, in terms of the locs reinforcing their personal identities, you should go with your instincts as well as go by some expert advice as to which styles of braiding hair would suit you, to bring the best out of you.

My technique is derived from a Native American style so there is no knot or hair loss only hair growth.
